Do you repair hybrid cars as well as fully electric cars?
Yes. We diagnose and repair both fully electric vehicles and hybrids (including plug-in hybrids), covering the high-voltage battery, electric motor, inverter and control systems.
My dashboard is showing a warning light. What should I do?
Warning lights on an EV or hybrid shouldn't be ignored. Contact us and we'll book you in for a diagnostic. We'll read the fault codes, find the root cause and explain the options before doing any work.
Is repairing my battery cheaper than replacing it?
Often, yes. Many battery problems are caused by a single faulty module or component rather than the whole pack. Where it's safe and cost-effective, we'll repair the faulty part, which can save you a significant amount compared to a full replacement.
How do I know if my EV battery is healthy?
Signs of a worn battery include reduced range, slower charging or warning messages. Our battery health check measures the battery's state of health and gives you a clear report — ideal if you're concerned about your car or thinking of buying a used EV.
How long does a diagnostic take?
Most diagnostics are completed on the same day. More complex or intermittent faults can take longer, but we'll always keep you updated.
Will using an independent garage affect my warranty?
Under EU rules, you're generally free to have your car serviced and repaired by an independent garage without affecting your manufacturer warranty, as long as the work is done to the correct standard. If your car is still under warranty, we're happy to talk through the best option for you.
